After being separated, the finger like lumps enter the crusher and are broken by the rotating knife row, and the broken materials enter the pelletizer and pass the rolling knife row to make the particles and some powdery materials enter the rotary vibrating screen for screening. After roller extrusion molding, demoulding and pelletizing, and through a pair of chain, it is transmitted to the crushing Screen Studio, and the finished particles (balls) are screened and separated, then the returned materials are mixed with the new materials, and then pelletized. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized. Qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse by conveyor.
The material under the powder screen is sent back to the raw material bin for secondary rolling through the conveyor. The size of the extrusion pressure can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the needs of granulation operation. By changing the form of grooving on the roll surface, the sheet, strip, flat ball and other materials can be obtained.
