1. The fermented organic materials can be directly used for granulation without pre drying and grinding. Traditional fertilizer equipment, such as disk or roller, has higher requirements for the fineness of raw materials, that is, more than 80% of the fineness of materials should reach more than 80 mesh, so it needs to be crushed, because the organic substances after fermentation have higher water content Before crushing, the water needs to be dried to 13% or less to meet the crushing conditions, and the equipment investment is large and the operation cost is high.

2. The amount of organic materials can be increased to more than 95% In conventional granulation processes such as disk or drum, when 80 mesh or larger organic materials are used and binder is added, organic raw materials are added in a large amount of 30-40%. Therefore, high content or pure organic spherical fertilizer cannot be realized by traditional granulation processes.
