As you may know, Dropbox encryption is done by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/ Transport Layer Security (TLS) for data transfer from your computer to the cloud storage. Once the files are at rest, they are protected by 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). However, if it is needed Dropbox can decrypt your files if it is for instance, requested by a law enforcement agency. So, how to provide additional Dropbox data security measures.
