JLR DoIP VCI can compatible with the Pathfinder Software and all JLR vehicles with the new vehicle architectures found in 2017 and newer vehicles (from the Range Rover/Range Rover Sport L405/L494),In addition to the 2017 and newer vehicles.
Here is the instructions for JLR DoIP VCI where to download the SDD and Pathfinder,and how to intall and how to contact.
A. Log in the official website: www.autosos.com.cn
B. Click the “Technical Support”（Chinese word seems like “技术支持”）
C. Click the “software download” （Chinese word seems like “SDD和PathFinder软件下载”）; Then you can download SDD and PathFinder. Meanwhile, it will take you about two or three days to download the complete data of PathFinder with network continuously.
When the download finished, one more thing you need to do is install driver ( VCI manager);
If you have already got an account which can log in the software FathFinder directly, then you can use it for your job. However, you can contact with us looking for support if you do not have the account.
A. Click the“技术支持”，then choose the “driver download”（Chinese word seems like JLR DOIP VCI驱动下载”）You can follow the picture below.
By the way, the password for the driver downlosd: g0f0
B. Please pay more attention to the version of the DoIP VCI driver, it always should be the latest version. So the best you should update the driver without delay.
The connection of DOIP VCI
A. Connect with USB; (It’s easy for you.)
B. Connect with WIFI; (You can choose the Wifi which named “DoIP-VCI-11D4”, and the last four numbers are random.)
C. The Connection between the DoIP VCI and computer
Following the picture below, open the VCI Manager and click the “connect” （Chinese word seems like “连接”）
D. Check the connection status with the computer.
Refer to the figure below, when it shows a green check mark, run is ok.
E. Update of DoIP VCI’ firmware.
Then click the “VCI Update” （Chinese word seems like “VCI更新”）;
Click the “start” （Chinese word seems like “开始更新”）and you can get the update progress on the right;
Pay more attention! ! ! When you click the “start”, it cannot be interrupted or stopped. Otherwise the DoIP VCI will be damaged. You can disconnect when it finished.
F. SDD can get the hardware directly, it’s perfect if the icon is green.
PathFinder need to set the network interface.
Log in with account firstly;
Click “cancel” （Chinese word seems like “取消”）;
It don’t connect successfully if it shows “SIM” “SimFiles”, you should change them into “JLR-JLR-DoIP, D-PDU API by Bosch” “86004905”. Now you can use it for diagnosis.

Techstream definitely works with the Microsoft Windows 10 (x64) operating system. Here are easy directions for newbies to install/setup Techstream on Windows 10 64 bit for VXDIAG VCX NANO Toyota.
Questions and answers... here you go.
Q: I am trying to download a version of Techstream to my Windows 10, 64 bit computer, so I may use my new VCX Nano to diagnose my car issue- won't start after 6 weeks sitting dormant.
A: Techstream has been compatible with 64 bit OSes for a while, so I don't think that is your problem.
However, the driver for VxDaig Nano (which is what I think you meant) is not a 64 bit driver, so you will need to go back the sellers of VxDaig and seek their support to load it on a 64-bit system.
The other option, find a cheap laptop on eBay or CL with Win 7 and follow the VxDaig Nano instructions and it will load right up.
Q: What version of Techstream is compatible with the 2nd gen? Will v12 work?
A: I had 12.xx.024 for a bit but it was minus several menus needed for better diagnostics:(.
The guy I share the Prolong setup with used the version 12 software on his 2007, so it’ll work on a Gen2 ;).
Reloaded 10.30.029 and it works well(y).
Q: Can you post the instructions or a good link for installation on win 10?
A: This link describes the installation process, possibly with link to the software.
I think the first requirement is that your mini VCI cable hardware is capable of 32 and 64 bit, I think some of the earlier cables may be 32-bit (XP) only. If capable of 64-bit, then they give you a small CD with some special files "XHorse" and it takes a little bravery to mess with your Registry etc.
Btw, Many people will not be able to follow the instructions to install the necessary cominents. No judgement here, it is just reality.
Which is why I up telling people to stick with using an XP laptop instead.
That would be great if you have an XP laptop (or desktop) available...it is definitely a much easier install. But going forward I presume that'll be harder to find. I thought the Win10 instructions were a little confusing but I worked thru it.
Q: How to install Techstream v10 on Windows 64 bit?
A: Quick note on techstream 10.x with windows 7 or greater x64 with the 1.4.1 (and possibly the 2.0.1) Mini VCI cable. I was having absolute fits trying to get the driver recognized. Turns out the cable was being recognized as a Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 Chip. If you select that device, Select Update driver, Select Let me Pick From a list of device drivers on my computer (letting windows scan a specific location doesnt work), then click have disk and browse to the location of your MCVI drivers (Should be C:Program Files (x86)XHorse ElectronicsMVCI Driver for TOYOTA TIS) and go to the ftdibus directory and select the ftdibus.inf file. This will get the correct drivers in place for the bus. The COM drivers will install automatically after you get the bus driver in place.
Hopefully the search engines pick this up and it is helpful for someone else.
Q: Tips needed for Windows 10.
A: anyone wanting to try this, use a laptop of computer (or virtual machine) that you have zero personal information on and you do not banking or commerce with.
#1 top attack vector (phishing, malware, spyware...etc) is from these kinds of unauthorized downloads.
Techstream is a paid-for item from Toyota. any pirated copies, wow rolling the dice there....
go ahead and use it but on a laptop that is disposable and you do zero personal or private work with

Go to C:Program FilesToyota DiagnosticsTechstreamEnv and find "IT3usercustom.ini"file and look for "Connectioncount=1"or what ever number of times you tried and just delete "connectioncount=1". Click save and you should be reseted back to 30

1: P001 Programmer Features
On the basis of original adapter features, P001 programmer, integrated with the EEPROM adapter, RFID adapter and Key Renew adapter, is a multifunctional programmer.
It brings a brand new experience, which not only allows auto technician to reduce more cumbersome procedures, but also can be compatible with simulated smart keys to realize the Toyota all lost.
P001 programmer uses dual coils with stronger signal, supporting a wider range of RFID. It is also required in recent model upgrades, as follow:

P001 programmer :
P001 programmer unit + C001 circuit board + C002 circuit board + W001 data cable + W002 data cable + W003 data cable + Toyota simulated smart keys (free);

3: P001 Programmer Accessories
Accessory 1: C001 circuit board
C001 circuit board is compatible with old NO. 3 and 4 circuit boards, applying to EEPROM chip dismantling and reading, Tianjin FAW and VIZHI immobilizer coil initialization and other functions.
Accessory 2: C002 circuit board
The newly developed C002 circuit board is connected by W001, W002 or W003 without welding the chip.
Accessory 3: W001 data cable
W001 data cable can read or write data by linking the chip with a bonding wire
Accessory 4: W002 data cable
W002 data cable can read or write data by clamping the chip (SOP 8-pin) directly without welding EEPROM.

W003 data cable can read or write data by clamping positive pole and negative pole with red and black clips and contacting the data interface with yellow and blue probes.

About Toyota simulated smart key
For the Toyota/Lexus 2007-2016 models, if all smart keys are lost, the instrument table must be removed and the ECU must be replaced. The cost is very high!
This Toyota simulated smart key can generate a Toyota key with our devices in the case of all keys lost, so the ignition switch can be turned on, and then a new smart key can be added and programmed with our devices.
There are 4 types at present, and the 5th one is in development.
Simulated key 1 applies to the vehicle with 94/D4 type of smart key;
Simulated key 2 applies to the vehicle with 98 type of smart key;
Simulated key 3 applies to the vehicle with 88/A8 type of smart key;
Simulated key 4 applies to the vehicle with A9 type of smart key;

How to use KTMflash to read/write ECUs (Infineon, gearbox, etc) here:
1You have to use software from obdexpress.co.uk
and the like cannot be installed in your PC/laptop before; that is, for your PC/laptop, it must be the first time to install KTMflash software.
You’re asked to re-install a clean operation system and install KTMflash sw with the help of a video of installation tutorial; otherwise, your device would be locked.

3 Here are folders
(KTMflash English... and KTMflash software...) inside the CD you should have. You can find out software and real tests which helps you a lot to use KTM flash.
4 The reason for why do you buy KTMflash is that, it’s good at reading Infineon ECUs and gearbox (transmission) ECU.
5 When you are reading encypted Infineon or ECUs, please read the password file (with reference to our video here). If the sw asks you to TURN OFF THE POWER SUPPLY FOR 2 SECONDS, please follow it.If the power is not off for 2 seconds, the pop-up might be appeared again in the interface. So, just turn it off for 2s and use the sw.
