Ultimate Vape Deals - Tips for Selecting the Perfect Vape

Ultimate Vape Deals - Tips for Selecting the Perfect Vape

Approximately 10 percent of adults are currently vape wholesale supply on a regular basis. Are you interested in joining them?

There are lots of benefits to choosing vaping over smoking, including reduced exposure to toxins and less strain on the lungs.

If you're ready to start vaping and want to find the perfect vape, be sure to keep these ten tips in mind.

1. Think About Why You're Vaping

If you're vaping to quit smoking, you may benefit from a higher quality vape. If you're just vaping for fun, you may be able to get by with one that's a bit cheaper.

2. Figure Out Your Budget

How much do you want to spend? Some vapes go for as little as $10-$20, but you can easily spend hundreds. Determine your budget ahead of time so you know where to shop for your vape.

3. Choose Your Setup

Vapes come in a few different styles, including the following:

Starter Vape Kits

These typically come with everything you need and are quite affordable. They're not as reliable as more customized vape devices, but they're a good option for beginners
4. Think About Where You'll be Vaping

Are you going to vape exclusively at home? Or, do you want to be able to vape on the go? The answer to these questions will help you decide which size of vape to buy.

5. Choose the Right Size

Vapes come in a range of sizes. You can find large, desktop vapes that are meant to use in one place or vape pens that can be used discretely anywhere you go.

6. Consider the Appearance

Of course, looks matter, too, and can make the experience more enjoyable. Make sure you find a vape that appeals to you on an aesthetic level, especially if you're going to be using it while you're out and about.

7. Find the Right Wattage

The wattage is the amount of power delivered by your mod. This impacts the quality of your vapor and the overall function of your device. New users typically do best with a kit that delivers wattage around 47-48 to prevent burnouts and keep your device working properly.

8. Check the Coil Resistance

Coils for vapes come in many different resistances. Lower resistance coils are larger and have more surface area. This allows more juice to come in contact with them which, in turn, enhances flavor and vapor production.

However, lower resistance coils also require more power to operate than higher resistance coils do. This causes them to have a shorter life span and require more frequent charging.Lower resistance coils also generate more heat than higher resistance coils, which makes them less safe

E-Cigarette Exploded in a Teenager Mouth, Damaging His Jaw

June 24, 2019 by freemexy

E-Cigarette Exploded in a Teenager Mouth, Damaging His Jaw

Kailani Burton bought a vaping kit for her teenage son Austin, hoping he would use it to quit smoking. In March of last year, she and her husband were sitting in the living room when they heard a loud pop.

Austin raced in, holding his bloodied jaw. An Ecig Wholesale had exploded in his mouth."He was bleeding really bad," Ms. Burton said in an interview. "It looked like a hole in his chin."

Ms. Burton and her family rushed Austin, then 17 and still in high school, to the hospital in Ely, Nev., a remote mountain town. But realizing quickly that he needed treatment at a trauma center, they then drove the 200-mile, mountainous trek from eastern Nevada to Salt Lake City, arriving about 1:30 a.m.
"I was so worried driving. I almost hit a wild horse," Ms. Burton said.

Dr. Katie W. Russell, a pediatric surgeon at the University of Utah, and Dr. Micah Katz, a resident, part of the team who treated Austin, submitted the case, which was published on Wednesday, to The New England Journal of Medicine in an effort to warn the public about the dangers of vaping.

"I had no idea that these vape pens could blow up and cause serious injury," said Dr. Russell, director of the trauma center at the Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.

"This technology hit the market by storm and people are not aware," she added. "But the fact is they can burn you. They can explode in your pocket. They can explode in your face. I think there's a health concern."

Dr. Russell said that Austin told her he saw a big flash, felt terrible pain in his lower jaw and quickly pulled the device out of his mouth. He had a major fracture of his lower jaw, including about a 2-centimeter piece that had exploded and was missing, and he was also missing multiple teeth. The surgeons had to put a plate under his gum.

Another Vaping Danger: E-Cigarette Explodes in Teen's Face

Another Vaping Danger: E-Cigarette Explodes in Teen's Face

A vape pen exploded in the face of 17-year-old Nevada boy, breaking his jaw and requiring multiple surgeries to repair the damage, according to a case report in the latest New England Journal of Medicine.

The 2018 incident highlights a little-known danger of Ecig Wholesale -- the devices can unexpectedly blow up, causing burns and severe facial damage.

"He was [using] this vape pen, and it blew up in his face while he was [using] it," said one of the doctors who treated him, Dr. Katie Russell, a pediatric surgeon at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. The e-cigarette blast was strong enough to break bones and blow out teeth.

"He broke his lower jaw, which takes a large amount of force," Russell said. Doctors had to insert a two-inch plate on his lower jaw to stabilize the fracture. His jaw was wired shut for about six weeks," she said. "He could only eat soft food for six weeks, until it healed, and then he had to come back and have another operation to get those wires removed."

Although the boy has fully recovered from his injuries, he still has three or four teeth missing, because he's lacked the insurance coverage to afford to have them replaced, Russell said.

"He's still missing all those teeth, but he's hoping to get them fixed this summer," she added.Between 2009 and 2016, there were 195 documented incidents of explosion and fire involving electronic cigarettes, according to the U.S. Fire Administration (USFA).The incidents resulted in 133 injuries -- 38 severe enough to warrant hospitalization, the USFA says.

In October 2016, doctors at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle reported treating 15 patients with injuries from e-cigarette explosions over a nine-month span, according to a letter they published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Injuries included flame burns, chemical burns and blast injuries to the face, hands, thighs or groin, the Seattle doctors said.

Dr. Hamad Husainy, a staff physician with Helen Keller Hospital in Florence, Ala., said, "It's not so rare that we're considering this a freak event that happens. This is a potential problem, and as these things become more and more popular, it's probably going to become more prevalent."

San Francisco takes another step toward becoming first US city to ban e-cigarette sales

San Francisco takes another step toward becoming first US city to ban e-cigarette sales

San Francisco officials on Tuesday voted in favor of becoming the first city in the U.S. to ban the sale of Electronic Cigarettes, seeking to curb underage vaping.

The measure still needs final approval from the Board of Supervisors, but the restriction would build on San Francisco's aggressive e-cigarette regulations motivated by public health concerns.

While the board could make the ordinance official as soon as next week, the San Francisco Chronicle reported it would be effective seven months after the mayor signs it.

Under the proposed law, residents would not be able to buy e-cigarettes in San Francisco stores or receive online orders to addresses in the city until the U.S. Food and Drug Administration reviews the products. This is about thinking about the next generation of users and thinking about protecting the overall health and sending a message to the rest of the state and the country: Follow our lead," Supervisor Ahsha Safaí said.

More than 3.6 million middle and high school students nationally used e-cigarettes in the past month in 2018, according to the FDA, despite the federal government banning sales to those under 18. Opponents have been gearing up for a fight against the ordinance since city officials introduced it in March. San Francisco-based e-cigarette company Juul, which rents city property that would fall under the ban, has contributed $50,000 to an effort to put a vaping initiative on the November ballot.

The company has said in multiple statements that staff have deterred youth from purchasing its products by deactivating its Instagram account and improving its online age-verification process. Juul spokesman Ted Kwong said e-cigarettes, which city officials seek to ban, are a healthier alternative for adults who smoke tobacco. But the prohibition of vapor products for all adults in San Francisco will not effectively address underage use and will leave cigarettes on shelves as the only choice for adult smokers, even though they kill 40,000 Californians every year," Kwong said.

Doctors have warned that vaping can lead to smoking cigarettes and cite health risks to developing brains. Vaping product manufacturers have until 2021 to submit e-cigarettes for safety and health review for FDA approval. Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb previously pushed the Obama administration's 2018 deadline to 2022.

SAN FRANCISCO'S E-CIGARETTE BAN AIMS TO GOOSE THE FDA

June 24, 2019 by freemexy

SAN FRANCISCO'S E-CIGARETTE BAN AIMS TO GOOSE THE FDA

SAN FRANCISCO CITY officials voted unanimously on Tuesday to suspend the sale and delivery of Electronic Cigarettes Wholesale until the products are approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The legislation, which still requires a second vote from SF's Board of Supervisors and the mayor's signature, would go into effect seven months after being passed-giving e-cigarette makers until early next year to win approval from the FDA.

The measure is intended to help stem the explosive popularity of e-cigarettes among young people, which the US Surgeon General has described as an epidemic. But it's not clear that making e-cigarettes illegal will stop teenagers from vaping.

"We'll see if it changes behavior," says Bonnie Halpern-Felsher, a professor at Stanford who studies how e-cigarettes affect young people. "We don't know yet." Halpern-Felsher welcomes the ban, but says it's just one step toward addressing the problem. She points out that the proposal is largely aimed at the makers of e-cigarettes themselves, and "in a lot of ways this is a message to the FDA."

The message is hurry up. Dennis Herrera, San Francisco's city attorney and coauthor of the bill, says the city wants to protect young people. But he also says he hopes the legislation will "spur the FDA to do what's required under the law" and review whether these products are safe for consumers, and whether e-cigarettes are really the lower-risk tobacco option they claim to be.

More than one in five middle and high school teenagers vape, according to the US Centers for Disease Control. In 2018, the FDA warned e-cigarette companies to stop marketing to children and proposed restricting the sale of flavored vaping products to minors. Still, the administration has yet to review the safety of these products. In an email, FDA spokesperson Michael Felberbaum wrote: "The FDA is committed to continuing to tackle the troubling epidemic of e-cigarette use among kids. This includes limiting youth access to, and appeal of, flavored tobacco products like e-cigarettes and cigars, taking action against manufacturers and retailers who illegally market or sell these products to minors, and educating youth about the dangers of e-cigarettes and other tobacco products."

Geekvape Aegis Solo

Geekvape Aegis Solo

Everyone is looking for a good box mod. You can find it here! Our list comprises mainly of box mods starter kits with regulating chipsets, vaporesso gen kit that will either house a single removable battery or an internal battery - if you are after more powerful vape mods, check our best high-wattage mods list.

With so many products currently available, navigating the market can be overwhelming. If you are unsure on what the best box mod is for you, see our guide below to learn more about the options.A box mod is a power source, a boxy handheld case that supplies power to a vaping atomizer with the use of one or more rechargeable batteries. The term "mod" has its origins in the early years of e-cigs, where hobbyist vapers "modified" existing electrical hardware (like flashlights) for custom use as vaping hardware.

Almost universally, box mods have a firing switch or button. Press the switch and the atomizer gets power from the mod and "fires", vaporizing e-liquid through the instantly heated coil. Release it, and the power is cut off.Box mods come in different designs, configurations, and aesthetics. The size of box mods can range from small to large, though they're always handheld devices.

Typically, box mods have a rectangular shape, but this varies from regular boxes with sharp, straight angles to more ergonomic and aesthetic curved designs. Materials include plastic, metal, and wood with colors ranging from basic black or silver to colorful works of art.
Box mods may be constructed with fixed internal LiPo batteries that recharge via USB cables or with removable Li-Ion batteries that can be recharged either via USB, or preferably on an external dedicated charger.

A box mod with removable batteries may incorporate one to four rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, although one or two is most common. Internal battery box mods come in a variety of capacities, ranging from under 1000 mAh to over 5000 mAh.

The power capabilities of a box mod are dependent on battery output and capacity, so the larger an e-cig mod is, typically the greater power you can expect.

The Skrr-S tank has two formats a larger standard format and a smaller mini format. I thought the Mini was in order to meet the TPD regulations however the standard version also comes in a 2ml variant so I think it is just down to personal preference?
The tank uses the QF coils which are also used in the original Skrr tank and the Luxe Nano Kit. You get the QF Mesh and QF strip coils in the kit. Also apparently this is compatible with the existing huge range of GT coil heads too!The maximum output is 200W and you will need 2×18650 batteries which are not included.

Sadly vaporesso gen kit do not really mention what power modes you have - I have seen a mention of a "Pulse Mode" which pulses the power output to give it a boost every 0.02 seconds.Aha I have just seen this - you need to go to a different page to find out the specs of the new AXON chipset. It says you get Variable Wattage, Variable Voltage, Temperature Control, Custom Curves, ECO and Bypass modes!
Also there is a Smart TC mode which detects a temperature control compatible coil and sets the temperature automatically.

Leesburg gives tentative OK to Buddhist center

June 24, 2019 by freemexy

Vietnam is a long way from Lake County, but its culture and its religion will become more familiar to residents, thanks in part to the city Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of a meditation and worship center on U.S. Highway 27 near Plantation at Leesburg. To get more buddhist culture, you can visit shine news official website.

A lot of construction has already taken place on the 21-acre site owned by the Vietnamese American Buddhist Association. The rezoning request is tentatively scheduled to go before the City Commission on April 22 for first reading. Because it is larger than 10 acres, the land use must also be approved by the state. That usually only takes about 30 days, Miller said. Once that takes place it goes back to city commissioners for second and final reading.

County commissioners approved rezoning the site from agricultural use in 2014. The center backs up to some mobile homes, but there is a fence separating them.

"Our center started construction about three years ago, said Bhikkhu Punno, a monk at the center. "We plan to complete the Holy Garden in the outer land lots together with the Gallery Hall within next year. The meditation center on an island is a big project. We anticipate getting it partially completed, hopefully, within a couple of years for all international meditators to use."So far, everyone has been very nice," he added, including nearby residents of Plantation at Leesburg, "who embrace us as neighbors."

"Other than the headquarters in Washington, D.C, we have one other branch in Riverside, California, which our teacher, Venerable Sayadaw Khippapanno, also heads," Punno said.

Buddhism began with the teachings of Guatama Buddha in the sixth century B.C. in northern India, according to religious scholars. Translated, Buddha means "enlightened one."He is generally considered not to be a god but an esteemed teacher. Buddhists believe in karma, reincarnation and rebirth.

"There are two main traditions in Buddhism: Mahayana and Theravada," according to Punno. "We belong to the Theravada Tradition. We are not Zen, which is probably in the group of Mahayana.

"Vipassana (insight meditation), also known as mindfulness meditation, is our main practice. Our path to liberation consists of morality, (restrain from unwholesome bodily and verbal actions); concentration (restraint of unwholesome thoughts); and wisdom (understanding the true nature of all conditioned phenomenon)."

"When completed, our center is intended to be opened to Buddhists and people of all religions and backgrounds who would like to learn and practice Vipassana meditation," Punno said.

A large number of Vietnamese fled their country in 1975 when the South fell to the communists at the end of the Vietnam War. Many came to Orlando, where they established a community with shops and restaurants on Colonial Avenue. They also established a worship and cultural center, but the Leesburg temple is not affiliated with that organization.

Buddhists are expected to grow in number between 2010 and 2030, from 488 million to 511 million, but the numbers will decrease after that, according to Pew Research Center. The reason is that their birth rates will not keep up with the global population, because many are older.

Most live in Asia-Pacific, but the number is expected to grow in North America, from 0.8 percent in 2010 to 1.2 percent in 2050.

Christians remain in the largest religious group, at 31 percent of the world's 7.3 billion people, according to Pew, but are declining in Europe. Globally, Muslims make up the second largest group with 1.8 billion followers, or 24 percent of the world's population, followed by "nones," Hindus, 15 percent, and Buddhists 7 percent. The rest are smaller groups, including Jews, according to Pew.
