Know about Medina Statute and Constitution of Medina

November 22, 2019 by Islamic Revolutionary

The Prophet Muhammad (BPDyC) managed to build in a short time, in historical terms, the Constitution of Medina, a model of Islamic political constitution, thus leaving us a legal and political legacy that is fruitful to this day. This occurred in the midst of a clash of forces between the Prophet and his enemies, which was initially unfavourable to Muslims, if we compare the number of the respective contingents. And we should not only count the enemies of Mecca's Islam, but also the potential enemies of all of Arabia, and even more, of the whole world known at that time, since Islam meant from its inception a potential change from all countries and of all the social relationships that existed at the time.

Economy in Islam

Under these circumstances it is extraordinary that the Prophet (BPDyC), accompanied by a short number of believers, in the middle of a desert country, apart from the most powerful civilizations of that time, has been able to emerge victorious from such a challenge. This constitutes one of the notable signs of the veracity of Islam.

Jizya and Zakat testifies that at certain times good may prevail over evil in human society, although in most times the opposite happens, to the test of men.

Friendship in Islam

There will always be a small group of persuaded and other people in good faith, who stand firm, whatever the time, and do not cease to strive for justice and peace even if they fail, faced with a large number of unbelievers and tyrants. They try to predominate. Because success is in bearing witness to the truth, whatever the outcome, and the apparent failure is sometimes a stronger testimony than material success, as was the case with Al-Husain (P) in Karbalá.

The role of the Medina Statute

The statute is for Muslims the main and oldest model of an elementary code for Islamic civil life. To this must be added the establishment of the Shura or council of consultation, plus the regulation that the Prophet (BPDyC) established for the Christians of Nayran when they visited, and other similar documents.

Many of the provisions of the statute are transitory, but the important thing is the spirit of freedom, justice and law that he encourages, and its general principles that serve today as a model for the political norms of Islamic society. Its fundamental conception is that Muslims, whatever their number, always constitute a political entity, with the same vision of life, of human society, and of the spiritual position of man in the world.

In conclusion, the document presents the legal and ideological principles of Islam, which proposes a complete civilization or culture, not just devotion.

The extraordinary thing about Medina's statute is that Islam recognizes religious freedom. In Islamic society, anyone can practice other beliefs, under the protection of legislation, which was not recognized by any previous religion, except for the decadent paganism of the Romans. Islam effectively abolished racial and religious discrimination. Although, in truth, the only religions to which he recognized freedom of worship are those that have texts considered sacred, such as Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Mazdeism, etc .; Human inventions, such as spiritualism, Satanism or atheism, are always expelled from the bosom of Islam.

Know about Sharia Law in Muslim

November 9, 2019 by Islamic Revolutionary

People fear what they do not understand. Sharia law often falls into this category. But why? You may be surprised to learn that it is not very different from the positive principles that we try to teach children as kindness and responsibility. Schools around the world ask students to follow the rules of conduct. Companies and organizations have codes of ethics and values for employees.

What is the Sharia Law?

The word Sharia literally means "the way" and it is understood that it means the way of salvation. The Sharia Law is an Islamic guide to help Muslims achieve high moral and ethical codes of conduct in society. According to Concept of Ummah it addresses much more than just legal issues. Highlight the importance of daily interactions and courtesies with members of society. The principles of Sharia are based on the words of God in the Qur'an and on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. Sharia's main objective is to promote fair and equitable treatment of women, children, neighbours, the needy and even nature.

Through the oceans and cultures, it is a commonly accepted rule that The Muslim Character should not commit murders. Humans, in general, follow the rules and live life according to the universal moral code. Society is also based on morality, but morality alone is not enough because it is subjective. For Muslims, these guidelines and morals come from the Creator and, therefore, a Muslim strives to be an ideal model for society. Therefore, not only individuals but communities can thrive under these guidelines.

Sharia is not a book of commandments like those in Exodus. It is not a legal document for the witch hunt. It is not a call to arms or the rejection of Western society. It is simply a basis for addressing the enigmas of life.

Sharia ask Citizens to Respect the Law

Islamic law does not encourage Muslims to reject the constitution of the land in which they reside. This does not replace the rules of a government. In fact, Sharia orders Muslims to follow the laws that surround them, unless they contradict the Creator's guidelines. According to Sharia it is must to pay Tax in Islam.

The reason why most constitutions protect freedom of religion is because our predecessors recognized the goodness of religion and the fact that intolerance is the true cause of the social collapse. Do you see a threat when a Muslim fasts during the month of Ramadan donates a portion of his wealth to the poor or prays five times a day?

Sharia Defends Women's Rights

Sharia laws aim to protect women from financial burdens and hold men accountable for the welfare of their wives and children, regardless of whether a woman has her own personal wealth. A woman's property is exclusively yours and can never be taken by her husband, brother or father. This type of financial independence is a recent right for most modern societies.

Contrary to popular belief, Sharia is not a set of barbaric and violent laws that govern with extremism.

Sharia in the family

Islamic law has a fundamental weight in family domestic life. Especially in those who are in favor of making it, the law of the land. In these cases, religious judges have a complete post-office to decide on domestic and property disputes. Concerning marriage, Sharia prohibits rejecting this sacrament. While polygamy is accepted, there are certain conditions. For example, the man cannot marry two sisters, nor with a woman and her aunt.

Everything concerning "intimate contact" is practically prohibited. Both men and women cannot tell people what happens between them, among many other impediments. The woman is not allowed to spend her husband's money without permission, nor can she ask a man to divorce to marry her. Unlike other religions, in the Muslim world religion is the backbone of every society. Therefore, many Muslims believe that religious leaders should influence political affairs.

September 21, 2019 by Islamic Revolutionary

Human beings, in all phases of life, from childhood and during youth and old age, until their death, need friendship and association with others. Due to his social nature, man is encouraged to live in society and with other people, and from this interaction comes society, culture, civilization. And most of your life depends on this interaction with others. Among these interactions is an especially important one, friendship.

Friendship in Islam is a really wonderful and beautiful gift. A friend is a very important person in life. Those who have valuable friends are never alone since in joy and pain, their true friends help and support them. Naturally, a human being feels happy for the company of friends and is sad to be alone and distraught and for not having worthy companions.

Islam has attached great importance to the aspect of sociability and friendship. This sense of fellowship is very important in any relationship. Economy in Islam is very royal.

Today you can see intense disputes and altercations that arise even between parents and children and also between siblings. This is mainly because, although their relationship is marked with blood ties, the most important feelings of fellowship and friendship are absent. Your experience will tell you that friendship often takes precedence over blood relationships when it comes to building good relationships. Man tends to pay more attention to his friends than to his relatives. He trusts his peers more than his family. Young people today trust their friends while they are discreet with their parents. That is why it is important to make the people with whom you have blood ties part of your friend and colleagues.

Jizya and Zakat is in complete harmony with the nature of man. Therefore, treat this theme of friendship in detail and care. For Muslims, who live in a society in which you are a minority, the question of choosing the right partners is essential to preserve your religion. Becoming friends with virtuous and righteous Muslims is an essential means of staying on the straight Path. Strong individuals are the core of a strong community, something that Muslims should always fight for.

Therefore, you are here for a relatively short period and you will meet Allah (Constitution of Medina) one day, so you must use your present life for what is best for you in the Hereafter. Once you know your purpose and your goal in life, you must look for ways to achieve them to benefit yourself and others.

That in which the scholars of Islam pay great attention and emphasize, about friendship, is that it should be considered worthy when it is for Allah and brings you closer to him, and a reliable friend is one whose friendship is based on spirituality.

What is a Capitalist Society?

It is an economic system in which human beings and companies carry out the production and exchange of goods and services through transactions involving prices and markets.
