People fear what they don't understand. Sharia law often falls into this category. But why? You may be surprised to learn that it is not very different from the positive principles that you try to teach children as kindness and responsibility. Schools around the world ask students to follow the rules of conduct. Companies and organizations have codes of ethics and values for employees. Similarly, Islam has rules and codes for its followers. Muslim Backwardness is because they don’t want to get updated with society.
The word Sharia means "the way" and it is understood that it means the way of salvation. The Sharia Law is an Islamic guide for The Muslim Character to help Muslims achieve high moral and ethical codes of conduct in society. It addresses much more than just legal issues. Highlight the importance of daily interactions and courtesies with members of society. The principles of Sharia are based on the words of God in the Qur'an and on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Sharia's main objective is to promote fair and equitable treatment of women, children, neighbors, and the needy and even nature.
Through the oceans and cultures, it is a commonly accepted rule that you should not commit murders. Humans, in general, follow the rules and live life according to the universal moral code. Society is also based on morality, but morality alone is not enough because it is subjective. For Muslims, these guidelines and morals come from the Creator and, therefore, a Muslim strives to be an ideal model for society. Sharia constitutes a fixed objective reference for one to live a morally ethical life. Therefore, not only individuals but communities can thrive under these guidelines.
Sharia is not a book of commandments like those in Exodus. It is not a legal document for the witch hunt. It is not a call to arms or the rejection of Western society. It is simply a basis for addressing the enigmas of life.
Sharia Defends Women's Rights
Sharia laws aim to protect women from financial burdens and hold men accountable for the welfare of their wives and children, regardless of whether a woman has her wealth. A woman's property is exclusively yours and can never be taken by her husband, brother or father. This type of financial independence is a recent right for most modern societies.
Sharia in the family
Islamic law has a fundamental weight in family domestic life. Especially in those who are in favor of making it, the law of the land. In these cases, religious judges have a complete post-office to decide on domestic and property disputes. Concerning marriage, Sharia prohibits rejecting this sacrament. While polygamy is accepted, there are certain conditions. For example, the man cannot marry two sisters, nor with a woman and her aunt.
Everything concerning "intimate contact" is practically prohibited. Both men and women cannot tell people what happens between them, among many other impediments. The woman is not allowed to spend her husband's money without permission, nor can she ask a man to divorce to marry her. Unlike other religions, in the Muslim world religion is the backbone of every society. Therefore, many Muslims believe that religious leaders should influence political affairs.

Human beings, in all phases of life, from childhood and during youth and old age, until their death, need friendship and association with others. Due to his social nature, man is encouraged to live in society and with other people, and from this interaction comes society, culture, civilization. And most of your life depends on this interaction with others. Among these interactions is an especially important one, friendship.
Friendship in Islam is a really wonderful and beautiful gift. A friend is a very important person in life. Those who have valuable friends are never alone since in joy and pain, their true friends help and support them. Naturally, a human being feels happy for the company of friends and is sad to be alone and distraught and for not having worthy companions.
Islam has attached great importance to the aspect of sociability and friendship. This sense of fellowship is very important in any relationship. Economy in Islam is very royal.
Today you can see intense disputes and altercations that arise even between parents and children and also between siblings. This is mainly because, although their relationship is marked with blood ties, the most important feelings of fellowship and friendship are absent. Your experience will tell you that friendship often takes precedence over blood relationships when it comes to building good relationships. Man tends to pay more attention to his friends than to his relatives. He trusts his peers more than his family. Young people today trust their friends while they are discreet with their parents. That is why it is important to make the people with whom you have blood ties part of your friend and colleagues.
Jizya and Zakat is in complete harmony with the nature of man. Therefore, treat this theme of friendship in detail and care. For Muslims, who live in a society in which you are a minority, the question of choosing the right partners is essential to preserve your religion. Becoming friends with virtuous and righteous Muslims is an essential means of staying on the straight Path. Strong individuals are the core of a strong community, something that Muslims should always fight for.
Therefore, you are here for a relatively short period and you will meet Allah (Constitution of Medina) one day, so you must use your present life for what is best for you in the Hereafter. Once you know your purpose and your goal in life, you must look for ways to achieve them to benefit yourself and others.
That in which the scholars of Islam pay great attention and emphasize, about friendship, is that it should be considered worthy when it is for Allah and brings you closer to him, and a reliable friend is one whose friendship is based on spirituality.
